Westcliffe Richland is a community located in south Richland, Washington where 300 sun filled days offer residents a year-round outdoor paradise. It is situated at the base of Badger Mountain and offers some of the best views in all of Tri-Cities. Residents enjoy excellent schools, central access to all 3 cities and the best entrance to Badger Mountain trailhead.  Recreation and sports enthusiasts take full advantage of hiking, bicycling, golfing, hunting, fishing, water-skiing on the Columbia, Snake, and Yakima rivers.  Richland boasts more that 200 wineries within a 50-mile radius, producing some of the finest wines in the world, thanks to the climate and geography of the area.

Monthly Board meetings are on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 2:00 via Zoom or at EverStar Realty, 1920 N. Pittsburgh St. Suite A, Kennewick.  These meetings are open to our members and their agents, who may address the Board during the Public Comment section. The public comment period is set at a maximum of three minutes per speaker. For scheduling purposes, it is requested that persons wishing to speak notify the Board by email.

The elected 2026 Board of Directors are below.  Their positions on the Board were decided at the February Board meeting:
